1. Service Description

IPTV North provides live TV streaming, on-demand movies, and digital entertainment content to customers in Canada. Our service includes:

• Multi-device streaming support
• 24/7 customer support
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans
• Simultaneous streaming on selected plans

Service availability, content, and features may vary by region and subscription plan. IPTV North is not responsible for content availability from third-party providers.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

Account Creation

To use IPTV North services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (18+ for account holders in some regions)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. IPTV North is not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized account access.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or breach our acceptable use policy.

3. Subscription & Billing

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Interac transfers
• Billing occurs in advance of each subscription period
• All prices are in CAD unless otherwise stated

Billing Disputes

If you notice a billing error, contact our support team within 30 days. We will investigate and resolve disputes promptly. Failed payment attempts may result in service suspension.

Price Changes

IPTV North may change subscription prices with 30 days' written notice. You will be notified via email of any changes. If you disagree with price changes, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

Taxes

All prices exclude applicable HST, GST, and provincial sales taxes. Additional taxes will be added during checkout and reflected in your billing.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Money-Back Guarantee

IPTV North offers a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our service. To qualify:

• Request refund within 30 days of subscription purchase
• Provide valid reason for refund request
• Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or early termination fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the paid subscription period.

No Automatic Renewal After Cancellation

Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew automatically. If you wish to reactivate, you can re-subscribe at any time.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use IPTV North for:

• Illegal activities or violating any laws
• Sharing login credentials with unauthorized persons
• Circumventing geographic restrictions or security measures
• Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to access backend systems
• Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing others
• Commercial reproduction or distribution of content
• Excessive bandwidth usage that impacts service quality

6. Content & Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content provided through IPTV North (including but not limited to TV shows, movies, graphics, logos, text) is owned or licensed by content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access this content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Copyright & Trademarks

IPTV North and all associated logos, designs, and trademarks are the property of IPTV North or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

User-Generated Content

By submitting feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you grant IPTV North the right to use this content for service improvement purposes without compensation or attribution.

7. Limitation of Liability

IPTV North will not be liable for:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Content unavailability or removal
• Streaming quality issues or buffering
• Data loss or corruption
• Third-party content errors or inaccuracies
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum Liability: In no event shall IPTV North's total liability exceed the total subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Internet Connection & Device Requirements

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps recommended)
• Using compatible devices (Smart TV, Android, iOS, Windows PC, Mac)
• Installing and updating necessary apps or software
• Any costs associated with internet service or device usage

• Amazon Fire TV (Firestick)
• Android TV & Android smartphones/tablets
• Apple TV & iOS devices (iPhone/iPad)
• Samsung & LG Smart TVs
• Windows PC & Mac computers

9. Streaming Limitations

Streaming limits vary by subscription plan:

• Basic Plan: 1 simultaneous stream
• Standard Plan: 2 simultaneous streams
• Premium Plan: 4 simultaneous streams

Exceeding simultaneous stream limits will result in disconnection. Streams are tied to registered devices under your account.

10. Content Guidelines

IPTV North contains content for mature audiences. Parental controls may be available. You are responsible for:

• Restricting minor access to age-inappropriate content
• Reviewing content ratings and descriptions
• Supervising children's use of your account

11. Service Interruption & Maintenance

IPTV North may temporarily suspend or interrupt services for maintenance, upgrades, or security purposes. We will attempt to provide advance notice when possible, but emergency maintenance may occur without warning.

We are not liable for service interruptions or any damages resulting from scheduled or emergency maintenance.

12. Termination of Service

By User

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. No refunds are provided for partial months except as outlined in our refund policy.

By IPTV North

IPTV North may terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in illegal activities
• Breach our Acceptable Use Policy
• Repeatedly fail to pay subscription fees
• Threaten or harass our staff

Account termination may result in forfeiture of any remaining service credits or refunds.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold IPTV North, its officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your violation of these terms
• Your use of the service
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your infringement of third-party rights

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Ontario courts.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal action, disputes must be resolved through our customer support team. We aim to resolve disputes within 30 days. If unresolved, either party may pursue legal remedies.

IPTV North complies with applicable Canadian laws, including:

• Canadian Copyright Act
